This snap-in is an automation that cleans up the DevRev instance by deleting contacts that have no tickets, conversations, or opportunities linked to them.How it works
This automation runs on a daily basis, checking for unverified contacts that have no objects linked to them. These objects are tickets, conversations, and opportunities. Every unverified contact that has been created a configurable amount of days in the past, and has no object linked to it, will be deleted from the DevRev instance. To avoid interrupting ongoing sessions, 24 hours ago is the minimum allowed time period. The first run does not delete all current unverified users in case this deletion should not be applied retroactively and since there are potentially too many users for the approach used by this snap-in to delete.Features
