The second runs once a day from then on, picking up every ticket resolved that day and turning the new gaps into Q&As.

Computer keeps itself – and your knowledge – honest
A knowledge base that fills itself is only worth having if it doesn't fill itself with junk, or slop. So Computer checks its own work, always.

On auto-publish, Computer writes the Q&A and publishes it straight away. That’s the default mode, because Computer is really good at this – and your “Knowledge Health” dashboard becomes a record of what it did.
If you'd rather have someone sign off, Computer can write the Q&A as a draft, then notify a reviewer, who can click to publish, edit, or archive it.
The dashboard becomes a working to-do list – and anyone with rights to create and edit articles can run it.
