Schedule article publishing, review, and unpublishing right from the article's timeline.

Schedule article publish, review, and unpublish actions with timeline commands. Supports relative times (in 30m) and exact datetimes in your org timezone. Cancel anytime.

Content teams rarely finish an article at the exact moment it should go live. Launches are timed to announcements, docs must land alongside releases, and outdated content needs to be retired on a deadline. Without scheduling, someone has to be online at the right moment to click publish, often outside working hours or across timezones. This Snap-in removes that manual step: authors finish their work, schedule the publish (or review submission, or unpublish) as needed, and the platform handles the rest at the right time. The result is predictable, hands-free content operations with a full audit trail on the article's timeline. Article Publish Scheduler lets you schedule lifecycle actions on any article using simple timeline commands. Use /schedule_publish, /schedule_submit_for_review, or /schedule_unpublish commands in the article's timeline, with a time such as "in 30m", "in 2h", or "2026-08-15 18:30". Use /schedule_cancel to clear all pending schedules on an article. Every scheduled action is confirmed with an internal timeline note. Note: The timezone selected in the snap-in applies for the entire org, irrespective of the timezone of the user triggering the action (with an explicit offset like "2026-08-15T18:30:00+08:00" taking precedence).
