Engineering

All the weird kids should come out and play

I’d been a reader and a puzzle solver since the first few days that I can recall. My first few toys had been puzzles and Software engineering is yet another puzzle solving exercise that gives me the parallel of creating an impact while tinkering with my logical side. Reading and writing have continued as well. Starting out with science fiction, I’ve fallen for works around human behavior and psychology. As of June 2022, I’ve gifted 7 copies of the book Atomic Habits on 7 different occasions. As with investments, I strongly believe in the compounding power of atomic practices in daily life. One of the fundamentals that I try to live by is to spend 15 mins on learning something new on a daily basis. This singular habit has contributed significantly towards the progress that I’ve made so far.

While pursuing a degree in Electronics, I had stumbled upon web development by chance, and I had quickly begun to love the sense of impact that I gained by putting my code out there and I had already made up my mind before the end of my degree. DevRev too has started similarly by chance, but midway into the process, it is one of the easiest career decisions that I’ve ever made.
